Full-Time Medical Information Associate

PrimeVigilance is seeking a Medical Information Associate to assist the Medical Information team with initial adverse event and medical information inquiries in English.

Responsibilities:

• Providing approved responses to medical inquiries from external US customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients), including call handling.
• Accurately identifying, documenting, and reporting adverse events/side effects, pregnancy and other special situation events, and product quality complaints within required timeframes.
• Ensuring all medical information inquiries are tracked and fully documented in the Medical Information database accurately and completely.
• Participating in out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients with 24/7 enquiry handling services.
• Providing management with regular updates on project status and metrics related to inquiries.
• Assisting in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company's pharmacovigilance system and participating in PV inspections or audits.

Qualifications:

• Life science/biomedical background – healthcare-related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing).
• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable receiving inquiries by phone.
• Ability to work US working hours/shifts.
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required.
• Strong time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English skills (verbal and written).
