  1. Member Support: Communicate with members/prospective learners (email, chat, social media) providing quick, accurate responses and troubleshooting.
  2. Brand Ambassador: Represent our mission and values, maintaining a strong reputation.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Improve internal workflows and enhance the platform's user experience.
  4. Digital Marketing Support: Support the Growth team in digital marketing initiatives (paid media, social media).
  5. General Support: Assist teams with administrative and ad-hoc projects (tasks, scheduling, project coordination).
  6. Documentation: Maintain and improve knowledge resources for internal teams and learners.
  7. Process Improvement: Analyze workflows, recommend improvements to enhance member services.
  8. Knowledge Sharing: Update internal knowledge base and contribute to department initiatives.
  9. Communication & Collaboration: Relay customer needs and insights to other teams.
  10. Community Engagement: Act as a first point of contact for the community, welcoming and supporting members.
  11. Accountability & Focus: Manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality results, meeting deadlines, even with multiple priorities and minimal supervision.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in customer success or digital marketing/social media (bonus).
  • Passion for helping people, resolving issues.
  • Resourceful, autonomous, adaptable.
  • Attention to detail, thoroughness, problem-solving.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, excellent writing skills, strong grammar.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain focus in fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient, quick to bounce back from setbacks.
  • Comfortable with remote work, minimal supervision.
  • Located in a time zone from Europe (UTC+0) to East Asia (UTC+8).
