We are seeking a high-energy, flexible, and detail-oriented education technology professional to join our Customer Onboarding team in the Philippines to engage and inspire new and existing customers throughout the AMERICAS region.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through a seamless implementation, including change management, implementation, integrations, training, usage, and adoption.
- Respond to customer queries with empathy and optimism.
- Review new customer contracts and ensure all relevant information is documented.
- Educate customers for immediate success through compelling and interactive training sessions.
- Solve technical problems and identify issues to mitigate risks.
- Collect and act on customer feedback.
- Understand and act on success metrics and monitor project plans.
- Develop outstanding training materials aligned with customer needs.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Sales, Renewals, Support, and Product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; graduate degree is highly valued.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience onboarding customers at a SaaS company or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish highly regarded.
- Availability to work during US Central Time.
