Onboarding Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding, ensuring timelines are met and expectations exceeded.
- Coordinate customer transitions between systems or new implementations.
- Facilitate personalized product training tailored to client needs.
- Maintain proactive communication, providing updates via email, phone, or web conferencing.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve onboarding issues, enhancing the client experience.
- Uphold professionalism and company values.
- Address and manage support tickets promptly.
- Promote high levels of professionalism and awesomeness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years experience supporting customer implementation/onboarding.
- Strong relationship building skills and collaboration abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Adaptable, quick-thinking, and resourceful.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proactive and accountable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce), and ticket/incident management systems.
