About the role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist (French-speaking), you'll be instrumental in new customer journeys, specifically for the French market. You'll ensure a smooth and effective transition onto our platform.
Responsibilities
- Implement effective onboarding processes for new French-speaking customers.
- Conduct initial training sessions and product demonstrations.
- Develop customized onboarding materials in French and English.
- Maintain clear communication with French-speaking clients.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams.
- Monitor onboarding initiatives and report on effectiveness.
- Serve as primary contact for French-speaking customers.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in customer onboarding or customer success.
- Native-level French and English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
