This key leadership role supports and delivers global strategic plans for client partnerships. It directs, leads, and manages staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee regional staff and daily operations, standardizing across teams.
- Proactively escalate customer issues/concerns/problems.
- Understand and utilize financial metrics (revenue, labor, productivity).
- Master workflow and company technology at assigned locations.
- Understand and train staff on new product lines.
- Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through service excellence and Quality Improvement.
- Meet deadlines and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Administer bi-weekly payroll.
- Conduct accurate and timely performance reviews and appraisals.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Adhere to Code of Conduct and confidentiality policies.
- Meet with Directors, Administrators, or COO's for resolving issues and complaints.
- Provide quality service for 100% member retention and quarterly member consults.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
- Maintain monthly staff meetings and daily huddles.
- Assist the Director of Operations with daily responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
