Sienna Charles, a premier luxury lifestyle company, is seeking a hands-on Customer Service Director to lead and elevate our entire CS function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Leadership: Lead and coach the CS team, handle escalations, audit service quality, and update SOPs.
- Operational Execution: Translate the CEO's vision into plans, build new processes, identify inefficiencies, and maintain dashboards.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Streamline operations using tools like Monday.com and Zendesk, create automations, and refine systems.
- Problem Solving and Escalation Management: Act as the first point of escalation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth client experience.
- Technology Oversight: Manage internal systems and coordinate with developers.
Who You Are:

- You are service-driven and care deeply about accuracy.
- You move quickly with strong attention to detail.
- You communicate clearly and have high ownership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years leading customer service or operations in a high-touch environment.
- Experience improving SOPs, systems, and workflows.
- Comfort using Monday.com, Ticketing Systems, Guru, Google Workspace, and automations.
- Proven ability to run a CS team and execute projects.
- Availability in EST timezone, 8am to 5pm, with some flexibility on weekends.
