About you: You have a desire to protect others from fraud and ideally have experience in fraud/disputes investigation or 1+ year of professional experience emphasizing research, accuracy, and effective communication. Experience in retail, hospitality, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
The impact you'll make: Resolve disputes, protect credit cardholders, merchants, and Mission Lane from fraudulent activity. You'll engage customers and merchants via phone/email, manage routine cases, understand regulations, gather and review information, review documentation, and advocate for customers.
Skills required: Strong communication, attention to detail, analytical mindset, ability to find patterns in data, ask clarifying questions, make decisions quickly, adapt to changing fraud methods, technical proficiency (multi-system work), strong teamwork.
Work location: Remote in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA (other states may become available)
Workspace requirements: A quiet, distraction-free space with fast, reliable internet (80 Mbps download, 8 Mbps upload)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET
Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay range: $18.50 - $20.06, $100 monthly wellness stipend, $40 monthly internet stipend, IT equipment provided, 160 hours annual PTO, 48 hours company holiday pay + 16 floating holiday, comprehensive benefits.
