We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Support Specialist. Your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality proactive customer support. You'll triage issues and resolve problems quickly, taking ownership of customer concerns to satisfactory resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional client support, handling a high volume of issues, proactively resolving them to prevent future inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and solve client/vendor issues, investigate technical problems, offer guidance, or escalate complex issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, explaining concepts/technical information clearly and empathetically.
- Manage client expectations, setting realistic resolution times and keeping them informed.
- Document and track client interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Support, Account Management, Operations, Product Development) to relay feedback, report bugs, and improve customer experience.
- Continuously improve Operations Support processes, identifying enhancements and optimizing workflows.

Bonus Points: 1+ years of customer support, operations, or logistics experience (especially in SaaS, e-commerce, or startups); experience with CRMs (e.g., Zendesk), Google Sheets, or Excel.
