Full-Time Order Entry Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Order Entry Supervisor to oversee end-to-end order processing.

This role ensures accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders, optimizing workflow efficiency.

The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, is process-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction.

Organizational Relationship:

The Supervisor - Order Fulfillment reports to the Manager – Order Fulfillment for the Builder Channel.

Overall Accountabilities

• Works with Sales and Leadership Team to ensure builder expectations are met regarding timely and complete delivery/installation.
• Ensures timely and accurate ordering of all jobs for the team.
• Travels as required (estimated travel currently anticipated).
