Full-Time Overnight Lifestyle Manager

• Serve as a trusted advisor for our premium members
• Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
• Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Maintain strong documentation in our internal CRM systems.

• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
• Strong customer service experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services
• Excellent time management & multitasking skills
• Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure
• Independent, self-motivated, and accountable – especially in a remote, overnight setting
• A passion for solving problems, helping others, and exceeding expectations
• Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China, is a plus
• Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients is highly valued
