Position: Paid Media Specialist (Remote)Hours: 12 am - 8 am SAST (Monday - Friday)Pay Rate: R21,000 - R28,000 per month (Negotiable based on Experience)
Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to join a leading digital marketing agency. In this role, you will manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive high-quality traffic, improve conversions, and maximise ROI. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, track KPIs, and generate detailed reports to measure success.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROI while staying within client constraints.
- Audience Targeting: Develop and implement precise audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach the right demographics.
- Ad Copy and Creative Input: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to enhance engagement and conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on ad elements such as headlines, visuals, and calls-to-action to identify the most effective strategies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on paid media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure campaigns remain competitive.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives, provide insights, and align campaigns with their goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major platforms.
- Over three years of experience in a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding campaign performance goals.
- Strong understanding of key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of keyword research, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.Desirable:
- Experience in a digital agency environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with paid campaigns.
- Skills in data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
