Overview: The Partner Enablement group focuses on growing and supporting our partner community. They collaborate closely with Partners, Alliances, and Customer Success to coach on design and build activities for Centers of Excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and mitigating risks through communication and assessment.
Role Summary: The Partner Enablement Manager guides partners in designing and building insightsoftware applications for customers. This role requires experience in finance, strong understanding of financial roles, and high technical proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Guidance: Support partners during the build phase with examples of artifacts and their significance.
- Technical Expertise: Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise during project milestones.
- Communication: Regularly update insightsoftware Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success on personal and project status.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Customers, Partners, and internal teams on Salesforce cases related to Application Design.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct Application Health Checks and Reviews to ensure optimal performance.
- Product Development: Assist Product Teams in sourcing, developing, and testing new features and functionalities.
- Resource Sharing: Facilitate the sharing of project templates for Partner Project Readiness.
- Continuous Learning: Become a Subject Matter Expert in required areas.
Preferred Education and Experience: Professional accounting designations (e.g., CPA, CMA), advanced degrees (MBA), or relevant certifications. Experience with EPM solutions (SAP, Hyperion, IBM).
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Personal Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and financial planning & analysis.
- Excellent technology skills related to product implementation.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office products.
- Basic understanding of consolidations and planning functions.
- Ability to answer intermediate-level product questions.
