Key Responsibilities:
- Handle partner inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with tech, product, retail, and finance teams for seamless resolutions.
- Drive process improvements and advocate for feature enhancements.
About You:
- Experienced in Customer Service.
- Strong networking and communication skills for building partner relationships.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Organized and structured with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- SQL, API, basic programming, automation, and ticketing system knowledge (preferred but not required).
