Full-Time Partner Support Manager

You are the point of contact for our restaurants and guests, assisting with their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat.

You will actively support partner-related issues in the Netherlands and other markets where you are proficient in another language.

Acting as an interface between internal departments, restaurant partners, and field service, you will maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce).

You are communicative, innovative, friendly, and possess a calm demeanor.

Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and teamwork abilities are essential, along with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Your work style is structured and thorough.

Fluent Dutch is required. Additional languages (Finnish, English, German, Turkish) are a plus.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or catering is preferred.
