Job Details
You are the contact person for our restaurants and guests. Support them with their questions and concerns (by phone, email, and live chat).
Actively work on partner support topics in the UK and other markets (if you speak another language).
Form an interface between internal departments, restaurant partners, and the field service.
Maintain the internal customer database (Salesforce).
Be communicative, innovative, friendly, and maintain a cool head. Think outside the box.
Enjoy dynamic processes, be highly flexible, and work well in a team.
Demonstrate a positive attitude, solution-oriented behavior, structured, and thorough work style.
Speak English (fluently) and any of the following languages is a plus (Dutch, Finnish, German, Turkish).
Experience: Ideal if you have professional experience in customer service, hotels, or catering.
