Full-Time Payment Experience Associate I

• Develop understanding of company’s products, services, and policies.
• Address customers' questions and concerns by phone, chat, email with speed and empathy.
• Be a brand ambassador.
• Solve complex payment problems.
• Conduct daily follow-up with unresolved requests.
• Handle escalations from Associate I.
• Collect feedback on payment issues and payer trends.
• Stay updated on new product features and company policies.
• Take initiative in new projects.
• Support in training new team members.
• Adapt to changes in job responsibilities and company goals.

• General Business proficiency in English and French.
• 3 years of experience in customer support, banking or payments is a plus.
• Experience communicating with a global customer base.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and gain understanding of Flywire products and payment methods.
• Handles assignments of moderate difficulty.
• Anticipates common customer issues, proactively offering solutions.
• Collects and reports customer feedback.
• Displays emerging leadership skills by mentoring less experienced associates.
