Job Details
ALIS Pay is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to provide support for clients using ALIS Pay.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support.
- Assist in onboarding new communities to ALIS Pay.
- Support clients in configuring payment gateway settings.
- Troubleshoot client issues.
- Participate in preparation tasks for client readiness.
- Draft communications about system updates.
- Monitor tickets in the issue-tracking system.
- Maintain client profiles.
- Assist with transaction tracking and analysis.
- Support internal communication efforts.
- Collect key metrics and support reporting needs.
- Maintain documentation for workflows and FAQs.
- Participate in team training and provide feedback.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payment processing or financial workflows.
- Knowledge of full payments life cycle.
- Experience with client-facing communication.
- Experience with payment workflows, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Bonus:
- Experience with high volume payments platform
- Knowledge of assisted living space
