ALIS Pay is seeking a Payment Support Specialist to provide support for clients using ALIS Pay.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely support.
- Assist in onboarding new communities.
- Support clients in configuring payment gateway settings.
- Troubleshoot client issues.
- Participate in monthly preparation tasks.
- Draft and distribute communications about system updates.
- Monitor tickets in the issue-tracking system.
- Maintain and organize client profiles.
- Assist with transaction tracking.
- Support internal communication efforts.
- Help collect and track key metrics.
- Assist in maintaining documentation.
- Participate in team training sessions.
- Provide feedback to the product team.
- Engage in internal training.
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payment processing or financial workflows.
- Strong knowledge of full payments life cycle.
- Comfortable with client-facing communication.
- Previous experience with payment workflows, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Bonus:
- Previous experience with high volume payments platform
- Knowledge of assisted living space
