People Operations Project Manager
The People Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing people-related projects. Works closely with senior leadership and HR teams. Focuses on driving efficiency and effectiveness in people operations through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
- Project Management: Lead successful execution of people operations projects (reporting, data management, onboarding, performance management, employee development, retention).
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements across people operations functions (reporting, recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, employee development).
- Data and Reporting: Use HR analytics to monitor and track the success of people operations programs and initiatives. Generate reports and insights on key performance metrics.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during changes in processes, policies, or structures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR, or project management roles.
- Project Management: Strong experience in leading cross-functional projects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable with HR metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills.
- Change Management: Experience in managing organizational change.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP).
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
