We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy. In this role, you’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across various channels including search, display and social. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, maximising ROI, and enhancing our overall marketing efforts. This role reports into our Head of Growth. We are looking for someone who has an analytical approach to marketing and enjoys working collaboratively with our marketing team who will support creative strategies and campaign development.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple channels.
- Execute and optimise paid campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and ROI.
- Work collaboratively to optimise conversions with lifecycle marketing, A/B testing creative assets, landing page optimisation, and campaign tactics.
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for paid media channels.
- Build dashboards to track and analyse performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
What we’re looking for
- Significant paid marketing experience, including Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns in high-growth environments and achieving ramping financial targets.
- Experience managing significant paid marketing budgets of over £100k/month.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data on ads platforms and Google Analytics.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.

What would be great (but isn’t required)
- Experience in SEO, lifecycle marketing, affiliate marketing, conversion optimisation, or measurement and attribution models.
- Experience starting and scaling new markets.
- Experience managing agencies and contractors.
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
