About the Role: We are hiring a passionate and customer-centric Platform Management & Operations Specialist to join our growing team. The role involves collaborating across teams (customer success, product/engineering, analytics, marketing, contracting). Must have strong customer service skills, communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Provide demos, assist customers with onboarding, implementation, and platform optimization, support process changes and new features, run platform management meetings, proactively identify customer needs and pain points, educate customers on best practices, and provide technical support.
- Helpdesk: Manage daily operations, track and prioritize support tickets, monitor KPIs and identify trends, and create and maintain knowledge base articles and FAQs.
- Product Support: Provide feedback on areas for product improvement, prioritize customer-driven enhancements, translate customer needs into product requirements, and participate in roadmap planning and release cycles.
- Operational Excellence: Run projects, drive analyses and research, manage timelines, and work with leadership to implement new processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience
- Technology savvy (intermediate level or above)
- Project management knowledge
- Comfortable presenting content and data to stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
