Viseven Group is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager to help clients succeed with the eWizard SaaS platform and additional services.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through digital transformation, sharing market trends, and leveraging the product and service portfolio.
  • Offer expert advice on Viseven products and services.
  • Oversee initiatives across the portfolio and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Manage communication and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Measure progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive platform adoption via onboarding support and consultancy.
  • Identify new opportunities and support the Sales team.
  • Perform regular status reviews and share feedback.
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS or digital services environment.
  • Strong client engagement skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends (a plus).
  • Comfort with data and KPIs.
  • English - Fluent/Advanced.
