Viseven Group is seeking a Portfolio Customer Success Manager to help clients succeed with the eWizard SaaS platform and additional services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through digital transformation, sharing market trends, and leveraging the product and service portfolio.
- Offer expert advice on Viseven products and services.
- Oversee initiatives across the portfolio and coordinate with internal teams.
- Manage communication and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Measure progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive platform adoption via onboarding support and consultancy.
- Identify new opportunities and support the Sales team.
- Perform regular status reviews and share feedback.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, support, and account teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a B2B SaaS or digital services environment.
- Strong client engagement skills.
- Project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends (a plus).
- Comfort with data and KPIs.
- English - Fluent/Advanced.
