Full-Time Preboarding Specialist

Preboarding Specialist is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities, as a member of Cielo's internal Bridge Team. The Bridge Team excels at background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.

Work Location: Manila, Philippines
Work Arrangement: Remote
Work Schedule: APAC 3rd Shift

1. Enter and track candidate orders.
2. Review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance.
3. Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure compliance.
4. Complete welcome calls and emails to all candidates.
5. Review vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate accordingly.
6. Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries.
7. Assist vendors with completing required checks.
8. Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion before or by due date.
9. May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders, including auditing candidate orders and ensuring position requirements and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing required customer service and administrative skills.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM
