The Preboarding Specialist supports the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. They are part of Cielo's Bridge Team, focusing on background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.
Work Location: Remote for candidates in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia.
Work Arrangement: Remote
Language Requirements: Trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enter and track candidate orders.
- Review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance.
- Objectively review background and drug reports for partner compliance.
- Complete welcome calls and emails to all candidates.
- Review vendor systems daily for progress and escalate issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates, client teams, and/or clients.
- Assist vendors with required checks.
- Monitor candidate onboarding tasks for completion.
- May assist with building client audit detail procedures.
- Audit candidate orders and ensure position requirements and client standards are met.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum one year in a business or office environment with customer service and administrative skills.
Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
- 40 WPM typing speed.
