Job Details

The Principal Customer Success Executive leads post-sales activities within valuable accounts, driving ServiceNow’s long-term value. This role accelerates customer success, ensures renewals, and maximizes ServiceNow’s impact.
  • Drive Post-Sales Success: Align ServiceNow’s offerings to customer goals and bring industry thought-leadership.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Partner with Account Executives to execute pre- and post-sales strategies.
  • Mitigate Risks and Drive Value: Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to overcome them.
  • Focus on KPIs: Guide the Customer Success team to meet adoption, technical health, renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion goals.
  • Foster Strategic Alignment: Incorporate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for Innovation: Drive innovative solutions and foster a culture of agility.
  • Set Success Metrics: Establish clear metrics and regularly review progress.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital business transformations and acting as a trusted advisor. Expertise in governance, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams is essential.
To be successful:
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • BA/BS required, Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years in management consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations.
  • Demonstrated success in running large-scale, strategic accounts.
  • Strong experience in identifying and solving complex business problems.
  • Experience building relationships with C-level business leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in rapidly changing environments.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer.
