Job Description: The Director of Connected Products Sales will help drive new business within existing and new Yale and Master Lock Connected Products verticals. This role involves business development in key US regions, leading Independent Rep Firms (direct sales hunters). Verticals include: Pro Security, Multi-Family/Builder, CEDIA, Real Estate, and new vertical opportunities.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set annual sales plans for specific verticals and regions.
- Assist in setting annual sales targets.
- Establish best-in-class KPIs for progress management.
- Provide feedback, mentor, and train sales team.
- Partner with manager to develop sales strategy for direct and Integrator customers.
- Build $TBD pipeline and generate $TBD in sales annually.
- Enable technical salespeople to achieve $TBD pipeline and $TBD revenue annually within 18 months.
- Develop Independent Rep Firms and Wholesale Distribution Teams.
- Target new Integrators using Yale/Master Lock Connected Lock Family and SDK/API suite.
- Advise customers on product mix and applications.
- Provide product training, webinars, and attend trade shows to drive growth.
- Develop internal relationships with marketing, engineering, and support for growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge.
- Engage, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Utilize CRM for sales forecasting and strategic selling.
- Travel required (up to 75%).

Requirements:
- 10+ years enterprise direct sales and growth, preferably in Pro Security Channel.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading and developing sales teams.
- Experience in technical product training and technical solution selling.
- Electronic access control experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 USD.
