Are you ready to drive success? As a full-time Remarketing Dealer Engagement and Retention Manager, you will drive corporate objectives by optimizing revenue generation, accelerating inventory turnover, and mitigating residual value losses. This enhances overall financial performance and operational efficiency.
You will conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, refine business strategies, and adjust outreach efforts based on data-driven insights.
Your Role at SIXT:
- Strategize and implement advanced lead generation and conversion tactics to drive significant growth on SIXTdirect.com, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer.
- Develop and execute sophisticated brand-building and marketing initiatives (remarketing promotions) tailored for franchise and independent dealerships, as well as dealer groups, to foster strategic partnerships and elevate brand presence.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize lead generation processes, cultivate existing partnerships, and attract new clients, driving revenue growth.
- Design and implement effective CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and loyalty.
- Utilize functional expertise in tracking, managing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity.
Your Skills Matter:
Experience: Over 5 years of extensive B2B sales and account management experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a closely related sector.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferable Salesforce).
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, confident and clear phone interactions, and effective dialogue with clients and stakeholders.
Commitment to Excellence: Strong analytical capabilities with a keen ability to prioritize tasks, address challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
Travel: Up to 15% travel to attend industry conferences and meetings with auction partners, large dealer groups, and franchise/independent dealerships.
