Position: National Account Manager - Railing. Flexible within the U.S.; requires up to 50% travel, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the railing systems segment targeting builders, property managers, contractors, distributors and dealers.
- Drive revenue growth by promoting railing solutions and leading sales initiatives aligned with company objectives and market positioning.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform forecasts, strategic planning and product development.
- Manage and expand distributor and dealer partnerships to increase market reach and pull-through at the contractor/builder level.
- Create and use sales tools and collateral and coach internal and field sales teams to improve product knowledge and performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, with contractor and builder sales through distribution and lumberyards.
- Experience with pull-through selling and influencing product selection at contractor/builder level.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and reliable transportation; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to train and support teams.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; CRM experience and/or professional sales training.
Compensation: Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 - $126,500 USD; eligible for annual bonus or role-based sales incentive plan.
