Virtual Sales Manager responsible for hiring, training, developing and managing a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to support a Primary Care launch for EVERSANA/Shionogi Inc.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead daily team activities, provide coaching, performance management and virtual ride-alongs to ensure on‑label promotion and sales effectiveness.
- Manage staffing, productivity, culture, and personnel actions (promotions, discipline, transfers).
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs; report program and rep performance to client and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as primary program contact for the client and liaise between client and EVERSANA.
- Oversee QA including scheduled and unscheduled monitoring of virtual sales calls and CRM technical issues.
- Develop call guides, SOPs, work instructions, CRM configuration and program documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership with demonstrated success leading virtual teams; launch experience preferred.
- Strong sales coaching, negotiation, analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
Additional: Responsible for training on systems, processes, compliance and product messaging; collaborates across EVERSANA platform to drive program execution.
