Job Summary:The Product Specialist, Guest Solutions role bridges technical solutions, product innovation, and market engagement to support clients and drive business success.
This role supports business development, manages product-related initiatives, and sales enablement for Shiji’s Guest Solutions.
Combining technical expertise, customer insights, and strategic collaboration is crucial to enhance platform value, drive adoption, and support business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support pre-sales, product management, and sales enablement through tailored product demonstrations, developing Proof of Concepts (POCs), and managing the Sales Demo database.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Guest Solutions, addressing product inquiries, providing training, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for impactful resources, RFPs, and product improvement feedback.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine product positioning and ensure competitiveness.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand client needs, ensuring proposed solutions align with expectations.
- Assist sales in qualifying leads by evaluating product alignment with prospective customer needs.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams, customers, and prospects through online and in-person sessions.
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation including training materials, user guides, FAQs, and other resources.
- Collaborate with Head of Sales to review CRM data, align product offerings, and develop competitive positioning strategies.
- Collect and share customer/market feedback with Product teams, recommending feature enhancements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for product teams and senior management covering customer satisfaction, market trends, and product metrics.
- Support the sales team with RFPs by providing technical details and ensuring regional alignment.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and internal teams to develop impactful resources like product brochures, client presentations, and case studies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in product management, presales, product development, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality technology, particularly in product implementation or support.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written/verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of hospitality technology systems (e.g., PMS, POS, CRM, online booking systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint) and Windows operating systems.
- Strong presentation skills, presenting to C-level stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills with a high attention to detail.

- Willingness to work flexible schedule for international collaborations.
- Valid passport with ability to travel in the Americas (US, Mexico, & Canada).
