About Flowhub: At Flowhub, we're on a mission to make legal cannabis accessible to everyone. We help dispensaries stay compliant, and process $3B+ cannabis sales annually.
Product Support Agent Role: The Product Support team is crucial for Customer Success, interacting with customers more than any other role. You'll be the voice of Flowhub, handling inquiries via phone, email, and screen sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support inquiries (email, chat, phone).
- Document and track support requests accurately.
- Assist customers with basic and complex issues, including application navigation.
- Escalate issues to appropriate channels, meeting SLAs.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of non-conventional support or cannabis industry experience (Biotrack and METRC knowledge preferred).
- 45 WPM typing speed.
- Stable internet connection and designated workspace.
- Proficiency in Windows, iOS, and Mac.
- Strong problem-solving skills with empathy for clients.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with G-Suite and office software.
- Adaptable to new technology and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot using Flowhub's theory.
- Availability during afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($55,000 - $65,000/year) + equity, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, unlimited PTO, and more.
Location: Open to US candidates, excluding CA, NY, and WA.
