Join our Field Services team!
Provide support and expertise to field service professionals worldwide, handling customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering routine software usage questions.
- Troubleshooting data/software issues (identifying data/procedural vs. software problems).
- Providing product training resource information.
- Improving technical documentation and self-service resources based on real-life interactions.
- Identifying common issues to create self-service solutions.
- Logging customer interactions (email, phone, chat, etc.).
- Escalating system performance issues, data updates, and feature requests.
- Continuously improving product knowledge for optimal customer service.
- Acting as a voice of the customer, identifying process improvements.
- Supporting colleagues and assisting on special projects.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of technical and customer support experience (ideally in SaaS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Patience, empathy, and positive attitude.
- Tech-savviness and a desire to learn new tools.
- Experience working remotely.
- Teamwork and independent work skills.
- Exceptional time/calendar management.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $21.00/hour
