Business Unit Mission: M3 manages thousands of online interviews annually, developing QualStage for increasing market demands in remote qualitative research. This solution is easy-to-use, secure, and replicates high-quality in-person research experiences. We support clients with other platforms as well.
As the business grows, we seek a Qualitative Interview Host to assist the Market Research Project Management team with daily call management of market research studies. Ensure assigned projects complete on time, exceeding client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for technical platform issues (internal/external users)
- Assess user support level to provide appropriate support promptly
- Prepare respondents to join interviews on time
- Facilitate interview start and provide troubleshooting support
- Support moderator and interpreter trainings
- Triage and communicate issues to QualStage Product Owner and Engineering team
- Document technical issues and resolutions for customer support and process improvement
- Stay updated on product features/enhancements, providing internal technical guidance
Education and Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Multilingual: English, German, Spanish/Italian
Minimum Experience: Supporting customers with Qualitative online platforms.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/Apple OS, internet browsers (Safari, Edge, Chrome, Firefox), and mobile devices (Apple/Android)
- Experience in customer service or call center a plus
- Teamwork, exceptional written/verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all organizational levels
- Communicate technical steps in a friendly and simplistic manner (verbal/written)
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; quick problem resolution and proactive issue identification
- Self-motivated, excellent time management, organizational skills, and self-discipline
