Full-Time Re-entry Intake and Follow Up Specialist

• Ensures high-quality, individualized services.
• Protects participant confidentiality.
• Documents customer success stories.
• Oversees intake, identifies risks, and provides solutions.
• Conducts prescreens and verifies program eligibility.
• Schedules appointments and follow-ups.
• Maintains internal/external referral resources.
• Performs record keeping for program compliance and prepares reports.
• Compiles data and reports to QA and Operations Management.
• Calculates performance metrics (employment status, earnings).
• Maintains participant follow-up records (paper/electronic).
• Conducts follow-up interviews and collects updated participant information.
• Provides job leads/employment referrals.
• Prepares/maintains records and case files.
• Monitors client progress towards goals.
• Composes correspondence with correct grammar and spelling.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum four years clerical experience, including two years with organizational responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, phone).
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Access) and Internet usage.
• Responsible for providing follow-up services, Labor Market Information, job leads, and employment referrals.
