Sika is seeking a Regional Sales Assistant/Customer Service Representative for its Insulation business in AZ, ID, UT, or WY.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide product and service information.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Provide information about company policies.
- Maintain customer records.
- Process orders, billing, returns, and exchanges.
- Order and complaint entry.
- Ensure timely customer billing.
- Collaborate with other departments.
Requirements:
