Full-Time Remarketing Support Associate

Sixt is seeking a Remarketing Support Associate to aid the Remarketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist field remarketing team with daily hold/sold notifications.
2. Update New OVE purchasing buyer names on shared spreadsheet.
3. Perform system movements.
4. Send gate passes for sold units to Sixt Reps.
5. Arrange transportation for dealer direct sold units being returned, ensuring completion.
6. Assist with holds and tag sold units for reps (on the road).
7. Communicate with Reps on Auction sales and update status in system (OVE sales, In lane).
8. Assist arbitration process, ensuring vehicle security upon sale reversal.
9. Request BOLs for units not at auction but marked 'Delivery completed'.
10. Follow up with auctions to ensure Condition reports within 48 hours of arrival.
11. Perform daily inventory cross check, updating units to Status 192.
12. Update and maintain dealer information in multiple systems.
13. Process and maintain emails in a central mailbox.
14. Ensure all available units are active, not on Hold or inactive.
15. Check units into Copart with damage amounts.
16. Arrange auction to auction transports.
17. Update daily sales report and distribute to Sales and Management.
18. Verify all units have the same miles in multiple systems.
19. Perform other duties as assigned.
20. Communicate with title department on units with title issues.
