Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-starter to join our corporate team as a Customer Service Representative. You will provide memorable service to our growing customer base.

This is a contractual position with the potential to become a long-term role.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the primary agent for servicing all subscription-based customers.
• Answer, screen, and follow up with incoming calls, emails, and live chats.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work with existing and new customer databases.
• Drive administrative systems and technology.
• Support other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a positive and flexible attitude.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and preference to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Be comfortable with and/or learning various applications and systems.
• Capable of working on multiple tasks with various deadlines simultaneously.
• Previous customer service, outbound sales and/or call center experience is considered an asset.
• Capable to work on a graveyard shift.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Record and modify customer information within the database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
