We are seeking a customer-focused individual as a Remote Customer Support Representative. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support, while also handling account receivables and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain product knowledge.
- Account Receivables and Collections:
- Monitor and manage accounts receivables.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Utilize collection software to track activities.
- Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
