OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative.
In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional support to clients
- Manage collections and overdue payments
- Oversee account receivables
- Serve as our Escrow Representative
This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven ability to manage financial documentation and client correspondence with accuracy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of Escrow laws and financial compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal communication.
- Financial acumen and familiarity with reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
