You will be the enchanting gateway to our world of opulence, seamlessly curating reservations for our discerning guests with grace and sophistication.
Your commitment to excellence will manifest in personalized interactions, ensuring that each reservation reflects the epitome of luxury.
Creating a genuine, informative, and personalized guest experience, accurately inputting guest contact information.
Adding information to guest history such as previous stay experience, special occasions, preferences, and other pertinent information.
Responding to guests' inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and special offers.
Maintaining complete knowledge of resort facilities, accommodations, rates, special packages, spa treatments, daily stats, entertainment/events, directions, local services, restaurants, wineries, and points of interest.
Assisting and ensuring effective guest challenge resolution, working closely with other team members and departments to resolve issues; ensuring follow-through and exceeding guest expectations.
Ensuring accurate and efficient billing and financial transactions.
Upselling services and offerings as appropriate, ensuring guests are fully educated about resort offerings.
Remote work a possibility depending on location.
Minimum salary: $21/hour
Maximum salary: $24/hour
Salary type: HOUR
Requirements
Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
Computer literate, able to create professional business letter correspondence.
Gracious, people, and sales skills, excellent phone manner, and ability to engage positively with every guest.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
