Job Details
Act as the ambassador of the restaurant, interacting with guests both on the telephone and in person.
Responsible for ensuring that guests are delighted by the quality, attentiveness, and timing of our Food & Beverage service in the restaurant.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely service and efficient operation of the restaurant operations.
- Set a tone of welcoming hospitality.
- Perform every guest interaction in a positive and professional manner.
- Receive guest feedback on their experience.
You will need to understand and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures in regards to guest service, personal discipline, and grooming.
Requirements:
- College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
- Passion for excellent service
- A team player
- English ability - speaking and listening
