Job Details

Important Information: This job posting is for a new hire class starting April 21, 2025. Training is Monday-Friday, time TBD. After 4-5 weeks, a new schedule applies.

Compensation: $14-$17/hr, based on experience. Possible increase after 4 months.

Remote Work: Remote team members are welcome if commuting is not reasonable. Hybrid schedule available with work from one of our 3 locations: Ormond Beach, FL; Philadelphia, PA; or North Las Vegas, NV. Fast, secure, hardwired internet required. No hot spots or public WiFi.

Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided.

Role Details: Primarily phone and email-based customer service role. Assist with all customer support and policy inquiries for the Comoto Family of Brands (RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles). Expertise required in order placement, shipping, returns, refunds, customer loyalty programs, international orders, gift certificates, and price matches. Website navigation knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer interactions (phone, email, live chat, etc).
  • Collaborate with logistics, tech, suppliers, and order management teams.
  • Continuously learn about customer policies, order processing, returns/warranty procedures, carrier practices, etc.
  • Be detail-oriented, proactive, conscientious, and committed to self-improvement.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Assist customers daily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, service, or hospitality
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for motorcycles (preferred)
  • Multilingualism (a plus)
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
