Job Title: Sales Representative- Recruitment & Staffing Agency
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will drive growth for MyHR, LLC. You'll generate new business, build relationships, and collaborate with the recruitment team to support client hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients; use cold calling, networking, and events to build new client pipeline.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, showcasing staffing solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships; keep clients updated on hiring progress.
- Collaborative Sales Strategy Development: Work with internal teams to develop client acquisition, retention, and growth strategies; align with business objectives.
- Networking & Industry Engagement: Participate in networking events, conferences, and community events to increase company presence.
- Sales Targets & Metrics Reporting: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets; track and report sales progress.
- Client Intake & Coordination: Conduct intake meetings to assess needs, set qualification criteria, and establish timelines.
- Recruitment Process Support: Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen candidates and match them to job opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within a staffing/recruitment agency.
- 3+ years of understanding the recruitment industry and sales process.
- Proven success rate, strong sales strategy, and lead generation skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of staffing software and systems (Salesforce and Applicant Tracking Systems like SmartRecruiters are a plus).
