Full-Time Sales Support Specialist

Our client seeks a highly energetic and resourceful Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Managers. This role helps expand existing client accounts and interacts with staff at all levels.

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting with client relationship growth across multiple verticals.

1. Assist Account Managers with daily responsibilities
2. Manage communication with all partners, ensuring compliance and performance standards
3. Work with the business development team to support client growth initiatives
4. Collaborate with internal publisher development team to client marketing initiatives and reporting
5. Assist in creating and sharing relevant team reports
6. Assist in closing and reporting month-end numbers

Key Traits and Characteristics:

• 1+ years experience in digital or performance marketing space
• Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to proactively understand team member needs and assist Account Managers with daily tasks
• Responsiveness and strong communication skills; accessibility to team and clients
• Keen eye for detail; ability to collect task context with minimal direction
