Our client seeks a highly energetic and resourceful Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Managers. This role helps expand existing client accounts and interacts with staff at all levels.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for assisting with client relationship growth across multiple verticals.
- Assist Account Managers with daily responsibilities
- Manage communication with all partners, ensuring compliance and performance standards
- Work with the business development team to support client growth initiatives
- Collaborate with internal publisher development team to client marketing initiatives and reporting
- Assist in creating and sharing relevant team reports
- Assist in closing and reporting month-end numbers
Key Traits and Characteristics:
- 1+ years experience in digital or performance marketing space
- Strong organization and time-management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to proactively understand team member needs and assist Account Managers with daily tasks
