Full-Time Sales Support Specialist

• Manage customer accounts for order processing, follow-up, pricing accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Use customer service strategies to make things more efficient and improve the customer experience.
• Be the main contact between customers and the marketing/sales teams.
• Work with Logistics, Operations, and Transportation to ensure orders are delivered on time and correctly.
• Represent the customer’s voice internally by addressing concerns and finding solutions.
• Help with marketing programs and responsiveness efforts.
• Provide backup support to teammates when they are busy.
• Work with Sales to achieve customer and business goals.
• Communicate supply chain issues and suggest alternative solutions.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a B2B environment within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
• Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead customer-facing meetings independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Strong organizational, data entry, and prioritization skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced, remote setting.
