Eurofins Food Safety Systems provides globally recognized, accredited auditing and certification services focused on process optimization, risk reduction, and brand reinforcement. Services offer customized, strategic evaluations designed to solve industry challenges and promote informed, unbiased business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client onboarding and scheduling audits (planning 6-12 months in advance when possible), verifying and monitoring client expiry dates, contacting clients with ample time to schedule the next audit/task.
- Scheduling audits, including re-certification and surveillance audits.
- Creating proposals for current customers (if needed).
- Setting up audits in various software programs and providing checklists to auditors and customers.
- Sending confirmation emails and audit plans to customers, and auditor assignment forms to auditors. Following up to ensure necessary documentation is received.
- Requesting customer registration for desired accredited software, and completing registration if necessary.
- Analyzing customer data for trends and tracking.
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering a multi-line phone system.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, ensuring all certification scheme/scope requirements are met.
- Resolving and escalating customer issues.
- Completing additional projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
- Adhering to all procedures established by Eurofins and its auditing clients.
- Attending auditor update meetings.
- Reviewing application and account information with input into pertinent systems.
- Applying good practices in all areas of responsibility.
- Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrating and promoting the company vision.
- Conducting all activities safely and efficiently.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Administration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles.
- Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of customer needs assessment, quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Technical: Knowledge of food safety certification scheme requirements, food product and management system accreditation requirements, quality management systems
Education/Experience:
- BS degree in food related or relative experience preferred.
- Proficient with Excel.
Preferences:
- Experience in the auditing industry.
- HACCP Training
- PCQI

Position Details:
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
