Seasonal Customer Support Group Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic Seasonal Customer Support Group Coordinator thriving in a fast-paced environment. Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and retail stores, supporting Sales Support Specialists. Requires extensive administrative experience, multitasking under pressure, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Book new projects and ensure required services meet standards.
  2. Manage and track new projects through all stages.
  3. Coordinate support services for installation dates.
  4. Schedule labor for successful project execution.
  5. Maintain all records and paperwork.
  6. Maintain Salesforce records (labor assignments, support bookings, order info).
  7. Support projects and customer needs with third-party vendors.
  8. Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  9. Resolve issues efficiently.
  10. Serve as the first line of communication for labor and third-party accounts.
  11. Process and review invoices.
  12. Ensure project completion for all stakeholders.
  13. Compose various correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills (1+ years experience).
  • Exceptional customer service skills with vendors and internal departments.
  • Strong sense of urgency and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com (a plus).
  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to help others.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Egoless, collaborative approach.
