Job Details

Seeking an energetic Seasonal Customer Support Group (CSG) Coordinator for a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as a liaison between corporate headquarters and retail stores, supporting Sales Support Specialists.

Responsibilities include:

  • Booking projects & ensuring required services meet standards.
  • Managing & tracking project progress through all stages.
  • Coordinating support services for installation dates.
  • Scheduling labor for successful project execution.
  • Maintaining project records & paperwork.
  • Maintaining Salesforce records (labor, bookings, orders).
  • Supporting projects and customer needs with vendors.
  • Collaborating with other departments.
  • Resolving issues promptly.
  • Serving as first line communication for labor and vendors.
  • Processing and reviewing invoices.
  • Ensuring project completion for all stakeholders.
  • Maintaining clear communications with end users.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills (1+ years experience)
  • Exceptional customer service skills (vendors & internal)
  • Strong sense of urgency & "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to juggle/prioritize multiple projects
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Salesforce.com knowledge a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and help others
  • Great attention to detail
  • Egoless, collaborative approach
