Seeking an energetic Seasonal Customer Support Group (CSG) Coordinator for a fast-paced environment.
Liaise between corporate headquarters and retail stores, and work with outside vendors to support Sales Support Specialists.
Requires extensive administrative experience, multitasking abilities under pressure, and supporting role expertise.
Exceptional customer service skills are vital for both vendors and internal departments.
Ideal candidate is highly organized, passionate about helping others, and eager to learn new skills in a challenging environment.
Daily tasks include:
- Booking new projects, ensuring compliance with Lakeshore standards.
- Managing and tracking projects through all stages.
- Coordinating support services for installation dates.
- Scheduling labor for successful project execution.
- Maintaining and managing project records and paperwork.
- Maintaining Salesforce records, including labor assignments, support bookings, and order information.
- Working closely with third-party vendors to support projects.
- Collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Resolving issues promptly.
- Acting as the first point of contact for labor and third-party accounts.
- Processing and reviewing invoices.
- Ensuring project completion to satisfy all stakeholders.
- Communicating clearly with all end users.
Required skills and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- 1+ years of excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.
- Ability to learn quickly and assist others.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation and benefits:
